The Halo HLB Round LED Selectable Series Downlights are 4-inch and 6-inch wafer canless recessed lights designed for new construction, remodel, and retrofit installation, without the need for a housing or j-box. These ultra-slim disc-shaped fixtures can be installed where traditional LED can lights cannot. The key feature of this recessed lighting solution is the ability to choose the desired color temperature directly on the fixture, ranging from warm (2700K) to daylight (5000K) tones, prior to installation in the ceiling.
The Halo HLB LED recessed lighting fixture is equipped with a driver that offers 120-Volt dimming capability, allowing for customizable illumination levels. The lens of this recessed lighting solution provides uniform light distribution and is wet location listed, making it suitable for use in showers and protected ceilings.
Halo's commitment to quality is evident in the HLB LED 4" and 6" MicroEdge Direct Mount Downlight. This recessed LED wafer lighting solution boasts an attractive round matte white finish and a textured lens, ensuring smooth light distribution. The heat-treated springs securely hold the fixture in the ceiling, preventing light leaks, while the die-cast aluminum mounting frame provides passive thermal cooling. The high-impact diffuse disc lens shields the light guide, minimizing pixelation. Moreover, the fixture is Energy Star certified, ensuring energy conservation.
The Halo HLB Round LED Selectable Series Downlights offer customizability to create the perfect lighting throughout your home. Available in both 4-inch and 6-inch disc lenses, these fixtures allow you to select from 5 discrete color temperature settings, ranging from warm (2700K) to daylight (5000K) tones. Furthermore, they are dimmable down to 5% with continuous flicker-free dimming, providing you with precise control over the lighting ambiance.
These recessed LED lights are designed for easy installation. The Direct Mount feature eliminates the need for a housing or existing J-box, and the spring clips firmly secure the fixtures in the ceiling. The cutout utilizes standard round hole saw sizes, and a cutout template is provided for convenience. The fixtures can be installed in ceilings ranging from 1/2" to 1-1/4" thick and can span a 2" nominal framing member. If necessary, the lights can be removed from below the ceiling for service or replacement. Each package comes with 6 fixtures and 6 remote drivers/junction boxes.
Lastly, the Halo HLB Round LED Selectable Series Downlights are wet location listed, making them suitable for use in showers and protected ceilings, as well as outdoor areas like covered porches, walkways, and indoor dining spaces.
